QFI Quiet Flight International

QFI is a magazine devoted to the more peacful side of our hobby, dealing with Gliding, Slope/Thermal Soaring and electric (tho' some of mine hardly qualify as quiet! Ed)
With the recent re-opening of Ivinghoe Beacon for soaring (curse you foot & mouth) & in anticipation of much flying at said site, the Topic 400 was hauled out to be refitted & a newly aquired Chris Foss Advanced Middle Phase is currently shaping up on my bench to follow shortly.
Not a regular follower as I am more into powered rather than gliding I saw QFI on a recent model shop spendathon & dropped it on the pile of bits I had amassed.
I wasn't disappointed.
